Service Description. This Site describes Companion Care, Post-Rehabilitation Care, Cancer Care Support, Home Cleaning, Wellness Monitoring, In-Home Care, Alzheimer’s Care provided by All About Home Healthcare LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://homecareproviderscottsdale.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of All About Home Healthcare LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. All About Home Healthcare LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, All About Home Healthcare LLC's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid All About Home Healthcare LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Choice of Law. AZ law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of AZ, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
